The Homestead features 36 private suites.
The Homestead shares a campus with Greenbriar Nursing Center. Multiple care levels are available on the campus including: Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, and Long-Term Care. As your needs change, we’ll be there to support you!
The Homestead is a dog friendly community. We welcome dogs under 30 pounds. There is a large puppy park where residents and their pets can play together.
The Homestead, Greenbriar Nursing Center, and Azalea Gardens Nursing Center are owned and operated by the Cain family, which has operated skilled nursing facilities on the Coast since 1968.
